Khairunnisa Haji Ibrahim
Khairunnisa is interested in the digital representation of places and how these affect sense of place and place-making activities, the production, management and consumption of user-generated content, crowdsourcing and online mapping.
Khairunnisa graduated from Universiti Brunei Darussalam with a BA in Geography in 2006. She then worked as a journalist at The Brunei Times, first as a reporter and later as an editor for the Home News section. After completing a Masters in Environmental Informatics from the University of Leicester in 2009, she joined Universiti Brunei Darussalam as a lecturer in geography and environmental studies.
