This 1 hour online panel discussion to mark the 20th Anniversary of the OII brings together a unique gathering of the current and former Directors of the OII. Given their experience in leading the helm of the Institute they will reflect on what the OII has achieved and what pressing technology challenges this community can address right now and in the future. They will discuss the question how the internet can be used for the good and benefit for all.

Victoria Nash is the OII's Director and a Senior Policy Fellow. Her research focuses on the opportunities and risks experienced by children using digital technologies; she also leads OII engagement on Internet regulation and digital policy issues.

Philip N. Howard is a professor of sociology, information, and international affairs. He is Director of the Programme on Democracy and Technology, and is a Professorial Fellow of Balliol College.
Professor of Society and the Internet
Helen Margetts is Professor of Society and the Internet, a political scientist specialising in digital government and politics. She was Director of the OII from 2011-18. She is a Professorial Fellow of Mansfield College.
Senior Fellow, Founder
Andrew Graham is the former Master of Balliol College, University of Oxford. He was the driving force in establishing the OII, and its Acting Director until July 2002. From 2001 to 2011 he was the founding Chairman of the OII's Advisory Board.

Bill Dutton was the OII’s Founding Director, a Fellow of Balliol College and the first Professor of Internet Studies at Oxford University.
