This project seeks to apply the principles of AI for Fair Work, by using these as a benchmark for empirical on workers’ experiences of the implementation of AI systems in the workplace.
Lola Brittain is a Research Assistant on the Fairwork project at the Oxford Internet Institute. She holds an MSc in Politics and Communications from the LSE and has a professional background in consumer research. Alongside her role at Fairwork, she is also working part-time for Wings, a platform cooperative that offers a local and ethical alternative to existing food delivery apps.
