Zi Ling is an MSc student in the Social Science of the Internet at the OII. She’s excited to learn more about the impact of big data and predictive algorithms on patterns of citizen participation in the context of her native Singapore, particularly the impact on individuals’ attitudes towards environmental activism and sustainability. She studied Human, Social, and Political Sciences at Cambridge and hopes to extend her education in new and enriching directions.
