Yulei holds both a BA and MA in Anthropology, specializing in ethnographic and field research methods. Yulei’s graduate thesis centred on labour patterns in China’s giant internet companies and the labour processes within the digital economy. Yulei’s research interests focus on studying the social impact of the platform economy and social media.
