Shilpa Mariam Joseph is a Research Assistant with the Fairwork Team at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford. Previously, she worked at the Internet Freedom Foundation, a digital rights non profit in India, focusing on advocacy, community engagement, and fundraising.
