About

Ralitsa holds a BA in Digital Culture from King’s College London. Her undergraduate dissertation examined how technological adoption unfolds in social contexts, exploring whether virtual reality could eventually substitute nightlife.

Her research interests include digital governance, internet regulation, political polarisation, and the digital divide in developing countries, with a focus on Southeast Asia. She is especially interested in how digital infrastructures both enable and restrict democratic participation. Ultimately, she aims to contribute to evidence-based policies that promote fair access to technology while mitigating risks in a rapidly evolving digital world.
