Lana’s research focuses on digital culture and the social impacts of emerging technologies. She is particularly interested in digital diaspora studies, exploring how marginalised communities construct and negotiate cultural identity online.
She holds a BSc in Social Sciences from University College London, where her thesis examined the multiculturalism of global cities. Beyond her academic work, Lana has interests in user experience research, marketing, and cinematography, and is serving on the committee of the Oxford AI Society.
