Jenna holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology with a minor in Communication from the University of Ottawa. Prior to joining the OII, Jenna worked in public affairs for the Government of Canada. She is interested in the ways digital technologies like AI and social media can affect human behaviour and social relationships.
