Fernanda holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. She obtained her LL.B. from the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics (CIDE) in Mexico. She is interested in AI, content moderation, digital diplomacy, and digital rights.
She clerked at the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice, where she also led the Gender Equality Office. She worked at the Cyberlaw Clinic of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard.
