Charlotte’s work has focused on bringing AI to welfare services. She has collaborated with local councils and service users, observing both empowering and concerning effects. At the OII, she explores the possibilities for safe and beneficial AI.
Charlotte has a BA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and is happy to return as a Shirley Scholar.
