Ami holds a BA in Geography with Social Data Science from University College London (UCL). She is interested in the intersection of data science and politics, particularly in the application of machine learning techniques to understand political volatility and geopolitical dynamics. She is also passionate about the role of responsible design and governance of AI in safeguarding fundamental rights while delivering socially beneficial outcomes. Her MSc studies are generously funded by the Oxford-Uehiro Graduate Scholarship.
