The Oxford Internet Surveys regularly asks Britons about their use of the internet and how it affects their everyday life. This report outlines findings from the 2013 edition of the survey.

It highlights a substantial increase in use of the internet since the 2011 survey, as well as progress on narrowing digital divides with a rise in internet access for lower income groups, people with no formal educational qualifications, retired people, and individuals with disabilities. The report also argues that most users in Britain can be grouped into five clusters, or cultures, each comprising individuals who responded in similar ways to questions about their attitudes and beliefs about the internet.
