About
This is the second workshop of the Breaking Barriers to e-Government project. The workshop will provide an overview of the project that investigates the legal, organisational, technological and other barriers to expanding effective e-Government services using the Internet. Panelists will introduce key issues that can constrain e-Government growth (eg liability law, IPR, e-signatures and the re-use of public sector information) and outline the research designed to address them. We will solicit feedback from the audience on our choices, and on good cases that might address each barrier.
