    Given the success of our first policy forum on this topic in 2009, we are holding a second invitation-only forum to be held at the Oxford Internet Institute. At the forum in 2009 an important step was taken in developing a dialogue between advocates of child protection and advocates of free speech. At this follow-up meeting we are keen to build on that dialogue to develop the relationship further, as well as to explore in more depth particular policy issues.

    This forum is preceded by a lecture by Professor Sonia Livingstone on the evening of Monday 4 April 2011.
