Enthusiastic about the structural problems and interactions among technology, the minority and civil society, Simon has an interdisciplinary background that combines humanities and technology. He graduated from Nankai University.He is generously supported by Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Trust and the University of Oxford under the Oxford Graduate Scholarships as a Oxford-Weidenfeld Hoffmann Scholar.
