Silvia Milano was a Postdoctoral Researcher in AI ethics at the OII, where she worked in the GET project. Her recent research focuses on the epistemological and ethical aspects of recommender systems and applications of AI to personalisation and decision support.Silvia graduated in Philosophy at the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa (Italy) and earned a PhD in Philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, with a thesis on the epistemology of self-locating beliefs.
