Before joining the OII, Pengyun completed my bachelor’s degree in Economics at Nankai University in China. Pengyun has also been registered as a visiting student in Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of California, Santa Cruz and the University of Helsinki.
Pengyun currently collaborates with leading academics like Prof. Xi Chen of Yale, Dr. Bo Hu of LSE, and Professors Siyu Heng and Corinna Klein of NYU. Pengyun’s primary research areas are biostatistics theory, health economics, and network analysis.
Causal Inference, Global Health, Observational Studies, Public Health Policy, Randomized Experimentation and Health and Social Network.
