Karl serves as the EDI Officer for both the OII and the Department of Social Policy and Intervention (DSPI). Karl is responsible for overseeing the implementation OII’s Athena Swan Action Plan. Additionally, she works with the EDI Chair on broader EDI initiatives throughout the department.
