Jess Morley is a DPhil candidate supervised by Professor Luciano Floridi. a member of the Digital Ethics Lab and policy lead for Oxford’s DataLab. She researches the cultural, social, ethical, technical and regulatory factors influencing the development, deployment and use of digital, data and AI within healthcare settings.
