About

Helen Webley-Brown is a Research Assistant working on Professor Helen Margetts’ project entitled ‘Conversations Between Governments and Citizens in a Digital Society’.

Helen received her SM in Political Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), specialising in American Politics and Quantitative Methods. Before this, she completed a BA in Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis.

Alongside her role at the OII, she is a Research Officer at LSE’s Phelan United States Centre.
