About
Chloe is a DPhil student and Clarendon Scholar at the OII, researching digital government innovation. Focussing on civil service reform and innovation policy, her previous roles have included positions with the Australian Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the Cabinet Office, Universities Australia and within the science communication sector. Chloe holds an MPhil with distinction in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours from Monash University.

Digital government, public sector innovation, public sector reform, innovation policy, artificial intelligence and public policy.
