Charlie is a Shirley Scholar at the OII studying the Social Science of the Internet. Alongside his studies, he works for the Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation (CDEI), focusing on AI ethics.

Research Interests

AI ethics, fairness, mis/disinformation, memory, identity formation, behavioural manipulation and emerging technology policy.
