Jesper Schlaeger is a PhD Fellow at the University of Copenhagen, Department of Political Science. His academic work focuses on Internet-mediated changes of power relations within the Chinese political system.
Jesper Schlaeger is a PhD Fellow at the University of Copenhagen, Department of Political Science. Jesper holds a Master’s degree in Political Science (2007) and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (2003), both from the University of Copenhagen.
Jesper’s academic work is focused on Internet-mediated changes of power relations within the Chinese political system. Research is carried out through a half-year field study of e-government in Chengdu, China. While at the Oxford Internet Institute, Jesper plans to finish a journal article based on the fieldwork data.
