Diane Cabell is counsel for Creative Commons and iCommons, two public charities that promote open sharing practices. She is a former Clinical Instructor and Assistant Director of the Berkman Center at Harvard and founder of its Clinical Program in Cyberlaw. Her research addresses the legal barriers to open sharing of collaborative scientific work product.
