Christopher Burr is a philosopher of cognitive science and artificial intelligence. His research explores philosophical and ethical issues related to the opportunities and risks that digital technologies pose for mental health and well-being.

He has held previous posts at the University of Bristol, where he explored the ethical and epistemological impact of big data and artificial intelligence and completed his PhD in 2017.

Research Interests:

Philosophy of Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence, Ethics of Artificial Intelligence, Philosophy of Technology, Decision Theory, and Philosophy of Mind.
