Date & Time:

About

Over the last 30 years since the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) Privacy Guidelines were adopted, almost 100 countries all over the world have enacted, or are in the process of enacting, privacy and data protection laws that regulate the flow of personal data across national borders. However, little attention has been paid to the policies underlying such laws, and whether such policies are in line with the realities of the Internet age.
