About
Managing citizen identity has become at the heart of many e-government service relationships. Governments and industry are looking for suitable identity management models, with a current focus on user-centric solutions. UK- and New Zealand-based empiricial research towards the management and use of identity management in e-government service relationships however shows the importance of broadening current identity management perspectives and include democratic citizen rights in the quest for suitable identity management solutions in government.
