Stephen Coleman will examine the arguments for and against Internet- and other e-voting proposals alongside the evidence from recent e-voting pilots. The seminar will consider a range of innovative proposals for applying e-voting technology and Professor Coleman will outline a range of innovatory applications, going beyond the simple replication of the offline ballot, for which e-voting technologies could be tested.
