About

Prathm Juneja is a DPhil student at the Oxford Internet Institute, broadly interested in the intersection of technology and government. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Computer Science. He also holds an MSc in Social Data Science from the Oxford Internet Institute. A Rhodes and Truman scholar, much of his past work has involved working with local governments in the United States to develop and deploy technologies to improve the lives of their residents. He has also done academic, activist, and government work on U.S. voting rights. Prior to his time at the OII, he served as a Data Engineer on Pete Buttigieg’s U.S. presidential campaign.
