Ayca Deniz Ergin is a researcher and product marketing professional working at the intersection of AI ethics, digital labour, and responsible innovation. She supports the Fairwork project at the University of Oxford, developing AI supply chain audits and certification pathways to promote fair labour practices in the digital economy.
Previously at Microsoft, Ayca led go-to-market strategy and adoption for AI-powered workplace tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, shaping how emerging technologies are positioned and communicated to global enterprise audiences. Her work bridges product, business, and policy‚ connecting technical development with real-world impact.
Originally from Turkey, Ayca studied International Studies and Marketing & Operations at the University of Pennsylvania’s Huntsman Program. She will begin her MSc at the Oxford Internet Institute, focusing on AI’s societal implications, digital responsibility, AI literacy, and equitable innovation, with a passion for inclusive AI systems and digital empowerment in underserved regions.
