Carlos Lancho is a PhD candidate at the University of Navarra, in Spain, where his research focuses on the application of algorithmic governance to the processes of articulating public opinion in the digital society. In addition to his academic background, Mr Lancho has also worked as a journalist and press relations specialist at several human rights organisations, including the Organisation of American States, Amnesty International, the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and AlgoRace.
