Terra is interested in policy and legislative approaches to mitigating the impact of technology on democratic processes and human rights, with a focus on artificial intelligence and online platforms. She holds a BSc (Hons) from Leiden University in Governance, Economics, and Development and previously worked on issues related to digital and AI policy.
