    Terra is interested in policy and legislative approaches to mitigating the impact of technology on democratic processes and human rights, with a focus on artificial intelligence and online platforms. She holds a BSc (Hons) from Leiden University in Governance, Economics, and Development and previously worked on issues related to digital and AI policy.

    Research Interests

    AI Governance, Technology Policy and Regulation, Online Safety, Digital Authoritarianism, Algorithmic Discrimination.
