Mariarosaria Taddeo is Professor of Digital Ethics and Defence Technologies.
Callum Harvey is a cyber and disinformation policy researcher and practitioner attending Oxford as a Ramsay Postgraduate Scholar. He completed the MSc in Social Science of the Internet at the OII in 2025, with a thesis examining policy responses to disinformation through policymaker interviews in the UK, USA, and Romania. Callum also holds undergraduate degrees in digital media and international relations from the University of Wollongong, Australia.
Before Oxford, Callum served as an Assistant Manager and Adviser in AI and cyber policy with the Australian Government Department of Industry, Science and Resources, and as a consultant with CyberCX, Australia’s largest cybersecurity services provider.
Callum’s research has been published in the Chatham House Journal of Cyber Policy, the journal Policy & Internet, and with the Australian Strategic Policy Institute‚ The Strategist outlet. He has undertaken cybersecurity policy research with the Harris Cyber Policy Initiative at the University of Chicago, and presented at the Hague Program on International Cyber Security’s conference at Leiden University, Netherlands in 2022 and 2023. He is also a member of the Digital State Forum at the OII and Hertie School, Berlin, the Centre for AI, Trust and Governance at the University of Sydney, and sits on the editorial board of the journal Policy & Internet.
