About

Kelly is interested in digital ethnography, online safety, STS, technology policy, and migration. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Nanyang Technological University where she majored in Psychology and Sociology.

She previously worked for Twitter as a Trust & Safety professional in the Child Safety team. She has also worked as a research assistant in various STS and migration projects. Her work on the surveillance of migrant women in Singapore was presented at the Asia Research Institute’s “Migration & Citizenship Pathways in Asia” conference in September 2023.
