Pete is interested in contemporary policy and regulatory approaches to the impact of technology, especially in the UK, EU, US and China. He holds an MA in English from the University of Cambridge.

Research Interests

Technology regulation and public policy. Technology and media theory. Technology’s impact on the media/information ecosystem, economic inequality, social cohesion and popular culture.
