About

Rachael has worked with journalists and think tanks to promote freedom of speech and combat media capture. With a BA in Russian, Rachael has enjoyed researching and backpacking in Moscow and Kyrgyzstan.

Research Interests

Selective media dissemination as a form of censorship, internet for democracy, media capture by multinational cooperations, media capture by states with an emphasis on the countries of the former Soviet Union.
