Mathilda’s DPhil project builds on the research she conducted during her MPhil in Ethics of AI, Data and Algorithms at the University of Cambridge. Previously, she studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics (BSc) at King’s College London.

Professor Brent Mittelstadt is a data ethicist and philosopher specializing in AI ethics, professional ethics, and technology law and policy. He is the founder/coordinator of the Governance of Emerging Technologies (GET) programme.
