She previously led the tech upskilling and learning unit at GovTech Deutschland, the national platform ecosystem fostering the adoption of the best technologies and digital solutions for public administration in Germany. In this role, she drove state modernization by equipping public sector employees nationwide with hands-on skills in AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and cyber resilience. She holds an MSc in Political Science and Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
