Annabelle Gouttebroze is a research assistant for the Digital Ethics and Defence Technologies Research Group, led by Professor Taddeo. She works on the ethical governance of emerging technologies in defence, with a focus on dual-use technologies, such as cyber and AI.
Annabelle is a DPhil candidate in International Relations, studying the regulation of trade in dual-use technologies, with a focus on cyber technologies. Her research explores the motivations and behaviours of private actors, within the international sphere.
Annabelle holds an MSc in Research for International Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) and a BSc in Politics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
