OXLab is undertaking laboratory-based experiments (i.e. information-seeking tasks) on networked computers in two disciplines: economics (interactive decision making) and political science (evaluating government information online).

Nir Vulkan is a Reader in Business Economics at the Said Business School and a Fellow of Worcester College, Oxford University. Prior to Oxford, he was at the Economics department at Bristol University and has a long-term association with the Centre for Economic Learning and Social Evolution (ELSE) at University College, London.
He holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science, Tel Aviv University, and a PhD in Economics, University College London (UCL).
