Jessica is the External Engagement and Executive Education Manager at the OII, where she develops and manages partnerships and programmes that connect policymakers, industry leaders and other professional audiences with the OII’s research and teaching.

Prior to joining the OII, she managed executive education programmes for policymakers at the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government and worked across a range of executive learning environments.
