Sasha is a MSc in Social Data Science candidate on the Shirley Scholarship and holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from EPFL. He is interested in developing AI tools to advance algorithmic equity and mitigate biases in conflict forecasting models. Before joining the OII, he worked as a product manager at an international data protection company, focusing on large-scale data sanitation.
