About
Chloe is a DPhil student and Clarendon Scholar at the OII, researching the use of emerging technologies, including AI, in the public sector, civil service reform, and state capacity. Her previous roles have included positions with the Australian Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the Cabinet Office, Universities Australia, and within the science communication sector.
Chloe holds an MPhil with distinction in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours from Monash University.
