This two-hour session draws together the many themes of the OII-iCS conference 'A Decade in Internet Time'.

On 22 September, the Oxford Internet Institute (OII) will be celebrating its 10th anniversary with a public plenary session. Our distinguished panel will be reflecting on the defining developments of the past ten years and debating the key challenges and opportunities which the next decade may bring. We hope you can join us for this special session and for the reception which follows.

Our panel for the afternoon includes Vint Cerf speaking on the Internet, Professor Dame Wendy Hall on the Web, Professor Manuel Castells on social research, Professor Eli Noam on policy research, and Andrew Graham on the contribution of the OII. Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose generosity and vision have played a key role in our successes to date, will be making closing remarks.
